- Welcome to Elijah's Patisserie.The company evolved out of the need for providing great tasting food that is healthy for children on the autism spectrum. (A few of our children are on the spectrum, so we figured we'd make them foods that taste great yet are good for them.) We are a rustic, artisan patisserie that serves whole food made from all natural products (many of which are from local farms). Our products include granola, sauces as well as sweet and savory pies. Everything is made fresh daily. Check out our recipes and thoughts from our kitchen to yours!
